PARTIALLY SECURED PERSONAL LOAN
This loan is secured by your auto and can be used like a traditional personal loan.
50/50 LOAN
This is a personal loan where half of the loan is secured by the available shares on deposit with PHFCU. Maximum loan amount: $10,000. Loan terms range between 1 and 3 years.
SHARE SECURED LOAN
This is a 5-year low rate balloon payment loan that is fully secured by the available shares on deposit with PHFCU. Up to 10 years amortization. In addition, PHFCU offers fully amortized share secured loans for up to 5 years.
OVERDRAFT LINE-OF-CREDIT
This line-of-credit is linked to a PHFCU checking account, providing overdraft protection by advancing funds in increments of $100. Credit limits range from $300 up to a maximum of $5,000. The Borrower(s) of this line of credit must also be the owners of the PHFCU checking that it will be linked to.
SAVINGS CERTIFICATE SECURED
Use the money you have deposited in your PHFCU Savings Certificate as collateral. Up to 90% of the available savings certificate shares may be borrowed. Flexible repayment terms are available. Loan maturity coincides with the certificate’s maturity.
